At the beginning of the 2021/2022 school year, an entrance survey was conducted in all classes for incidents of harassment and violence. The survey results in all schools were presented at general school meetings with management, teachers, students and parents and discussed to address the needs of the school community. As a result of the study, an action plan was drawn up in the new school year
Students from 5. B grades marked 25 September – Heart Day, with a specially prepared scoreboard on the topic. 5 minutes from the beginning of all class was held separated for discussion with the teachers about the importance of loving and being loved. When everything is done with a heart, there is no aggression and problems not only in a school Students from the seventh grades took part in role-playing games on the theme of "Vacation without violence". Children, having fun, found and formulated successful patterns of behavior with acquaintances and strangers, friends and enemies. Training of parents and students in a short program of basic dispute mediation skills was carried out. The training is interactive and includes role-playing games, case play, exercises. Peer mediation is a form of conflict resolution in which trained students help other students resolve their dispute. The goal is to teach children to resolve conflicts with each other in a peaceful way – without manifestations of aggression and harassment.
For the holiday of SU "Ivan Vazov" - Stara Zagora Lions Club Stara Zagora August with our project "Play offline with friends" we delighted students and teachers. The smiles of all those who in games and competitions communicated and learned new skills and knowledge were the charge and the beginning of the long-awaited vacation of the graduates. Our project aims to educate our children to be active through movement, communication without aggression and to gain knowledge and skills through entertaining games without electronic devices.

The main goal is to build skills for teamwork, tolerance, decision-making and development of emotional intelligence. An important element is the part for developing skills for acceptance and consideration of foreign cultures and values. The students received a certificate of participation. 2. Safe behavior on the Internet. In class, students were introduced through a presentation about the main risks on the internet and the respective ways to deal with them. Topic: "Questionnaire for measuring bullying at school"A survey was conducted in June 2020 among students from 5th to 11th grade, regarding the assessment of the degree of counteraction to school bullying between children and students at school. The Erasmus+ project was set up to exchange expertise on work-based learning and training, and to highlight examples of good practice. In the 1st year of its working time the project managed to complete all the tasks and products the partners agreed on in the early stage of application and submission. The activities started in October The activities were accompanied by 2 transnational project meetings where the expertise and ideas were exchanged and the observation of work. Furthermore, the partnership took its tasks of Evalution and the Dissemination. Various useful management tools were applied in order to constantly monitor the project progress as well as to evaluate its success.
Also, various dissemination activities took place in order to spread and publicise the project´s objectives and the results achieved. The foreseen tasks and activities of the project were defined in a work plan agreed on originally in the state of application in the beginning of the project In October 2019, an international Erasmus + K201 project "Violence, No Thanks!" Was launched at our school in cooperation with partner schools from Serbia and Turkey. Our school started the project by meeting with parents and teachers to inform them of upcoming future work. Our school is working to build a positive organizational climate, which requires creating conditions for cooperation, effective communication and relations of concern between all participants in the educational process. The school bases its activity on the principle of positive discipline, which is connected with measures and approaches, guaranteeing the hearing of the students, awareness of the reasons for theire problematic behavior and providing an opportunity to learn good behavioral models towards themselves and others.Our school carries out activities on prevention of bullying and violence, as well as activities for motivation and overcoming of problem behavior, which are an expression of the common will and coordinated efforts of all participants in the educational process.The types and content of bullying and violence prevention activities are subject to the general policy of the school and include: 1. Rules for the behavior of students in the class; 2. Partnership with parents; 3. Competence development activities for all members of the school community. The types and content of activities for motivation and overcoming problematic behavior are determined by Secondary school“Ivan Vazov” in Stara Zagora.We did the following activities. On 10th.10.2019 we made a meeting with the class teachers and the classes. We had a conversation between the students and the teachers in order to clarify the problem and how to get support for solving it.
1.Use of mediator in conflict resolution at school Implemented at school by a conflict-prepared teacher, psychologist who is not a party to the particular conflict and who mediates between the parties to the conflict in order to resolve it. • The conflict mediator has a conversation with all parties to the conflict to determine the causes that led to the conflict, while respecting the school community code of ethics. • After clarifying the causes of the conflict, the student or students receive support from the mediator to resolve it. 2. In order to study the opinion of the students and to establish the presence of school bullying, in November a survey was conducted among the students with the questionnaire about bullying at school by Prof. Plamen Kalchev. 2. Working in groups - carrying out once a week group work with students for the purpose of self-discovery, recognition of types of violence, techniques for dealing with negative emotional states, etc. Children are provided with the opportunity to form small groups (up to 10 people). Students have no limit on how they express themselves - drawings, text, quotes, clippings, collages, role-plays, discussions, etc. 3. Learning through experience - It begins with a small game / task that puts the child in a situation that illustrates a particular type of discrimination, with the child itself being discriminated / discriminatory. This is how the effect is experienced and ways of dealing with the problem can be more easily identified. January ,February, March The school had discussions with students from 4th, 3rd and 2nd grade on the topic "What to do when we are angry" - on 07.01.2020 - 4th in class, 08.01.2020 - 3rd in class, 21.01 .2020 - 2. a class. Issues related to anger and subsequent violence were discussed. The students actively participated in the discussion, making their own decisions to deal with the anger. The teachers shared that after these hours the students continued to look for the topic among themselves On January 23, 2020, we introduced students and teachers from the school to the activities that took place during the visit to Serbia. We spoke in detail about the topics covered and their usefulness in future work at school aimed at reducing the incidence of violence. On January 28, 2020, a joint initiative was conducted with the Debate Club by the Center for Personal Development Support in Stara Zagora Municipality in grade 10a. The participants in it presented in a non-standard way the topic of violence and its impact on upper-class youth. On 4/19/2020 a class on conflict resolution was held in 4th grade. The students presented their perspective on conflicts at school and gave different ways of resolving them On February 25, 2020, at class time, all classroom leaders informed students about the International Day Against Harassment at School.
